Tilted House

There's many houses in the world. There's big houses, small houses, and regular houses. This house is no ordinary house it's all tilted and lopsided. I'm sure it would be hard to build a house like that. You would half to measure angles and make the base sturdy so it wouldn't collapse. I would also be confused how to get from room to room. This truly is a unusual structure

Track

Three days ago I started track. It's so much fun but it's also hard work. We have practice every day a week and during each pract ice we half to run a mile to warm up. Yestarday we started to practice pole vault. The coach says I'm pretty good at it and it's a lot of fun. I can't wait until we have our first track meet.

P.E.

In 8th grade P.E.(Physical Education) is mandatory meaning that you must take the class. In P.E. we do many different exersizes and games.We play capture the flag, dodge ball, cage ball, and wiffel ball.Sometimes P.E. is fun but sometimes it's hard work.like when we half to run the mile or do pull up tests.Will you like P.E.?

A couple days ago I went to the Monster Jam with my cousins. It was so cool. My dad and their dad went with us. They each gave us $20 to spend there. All I bought was a large soda so I could save the rest of my money. My cousin bought a giant slice of pizza and a large soda. We had great seats and got to see everything. In the middle of Monster Jam Grave Digger was tearing it up until he turned too hard and flipped. In the end Maximum Destruction got huge air and won.

My Dad's Help



One time when I was little my dad helped me build a little model car I got for Christmas. First he showed me how to put it together. Then he showed me how to use the modeling glue so he could help me glue the pieces of the car on. After that we bought some dark blue spray paint. He helped me spray the car and finally it was done.

My Report Card

the other day I got my report card i was so excited. I went up to get the mail when i got home from school and I saw my report card. I took it inside to show my mom. when I opened it up I saw all A's and one B+. my mom was so proud of me. Later when my dad got home I showed him and he was also proud. Since I did so good with my grades we got ice cream.
